- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
2. Refund Process & Payment Methods
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund based on the original payment method:
Bank Transfer Payments
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Any bank transfer fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Stripe (Credit/Debit Card Payments)
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank's processing time.
- Stripe transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later)
- Refunds will be processed through Tabby, and the refund amount will reflect in your Tabby account.
- Tabby’s transaction or service fees (if applicable) may not be refundable as per their policy.
- Customers should check directly with Tabby’s support for any additional fees.
3. Refund Deductions & Charges
If a refund is approved, the following fees may be deducted:
- Bank processing fees (if applicable) for bank transfers.
- Stripe payment processing fees (if applicable).
